Eva Geisse (she/her)

Eva is very excited to be joining the Gateway High School community and sharing her love of science as a 9th grade Environmental Science and 10th grade Biology teacher. She grew up in San Rafael, CA but has called San Francisco home for the past five years. She studied Biology/Environmental Science in college and earned her Masters in Teaching and science teaching credential at the University of San Francisco. She has facilitated science learning in a variety of spaces, including the outdoors, K-5 classrooms, and most recently at Gateway Middle School. She loves exploring Golden Gate Park with her dog Nora and trying new restaurants in the city!
