Last spring our wonderful leader of 23 years, Sharon Olken, retired from her role and Gateway began a search for our next executive director last school year but we weren’t able to hire our finalist. We decided to take the summer to reset and hire a new search firm.
In the last month, Gateway’s internal search committee has met weekly with our new search partner, Leveled Talent, to begin designing an inclusive interview process with diverse representation of staff across all levels of the organization and the broader Gateway community.

The next step in our process will be reviewing resumes and completing informational calls along with screening interviews.
Interview Process
Our interview process will consist of three Gateway rounds of interviews, including a town hall that all finalists will attend. The town hall will be available to all Gateway community members for viewing via webinar livestream.
